David Meyers, President
David Meyers is President of Carrier Enterprise, LLC. Mr. Meyers joined CE after working for United Technologies/Carrier Corporation for 16 years, most recently as the
President of Carrier Sales and Distribution. Prior to this role, he served in various sales leadership roles with Carrier Corporation. David holds an undergraduate degree
in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
John Bartro, Chief Operating Officer
John Bartro is Chief Operating Officer of Carrier Enterprise, LLC. Prior to this role, Mr. Bartro served with United Technologies/Carrier Corporation for 15 years in
various sales, operations, financial and staff roles across multiple divisions and most recently as General Manager of the South East region. Mr. Bartro served as a surface
warfare officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy prior to joining UTC and holds an undergraduate degree from Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Mike Tourtelot, Chief Financial Officer
Mike Tourtelot is the Chief Financial Officer of Carrier Enterprise. Mike brings over 24 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting. He has spent 21 years
in finance positions of increasing responsibility at Carrier Corporation and United Technologies, with 10 years spent working in Carrier owned distribution. Some of the
positions Mike held while at Carrier were Controller, Regional Finance Manager, Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, Manager of Corporate Accounting and Financial
Controls and Senior Accountant. Prior to joining Carrier, Mike was an Audit Supervisor for a Syracuse, NY based public accounting firm, Dannible and McKee. Mike holds a
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Syracuse University and a Master's in Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY. Mike is also a Certified
Public Accountant.
Sandy Porzucek,Vice President, Human Resources
Sandy Porzucek is Vice President of Human Resources for Carrier Enterprise. Sandy brings over 17 years of experience in the field of Human Resources and Employee Development.
Prior to joining Carrier Enterprise, Sandy spent over seven years with Carrier Corporation. She served Carrier in the roles of Senior Manager of Human Resources for
Carrier Sales and Distribution, Regional HR Manager for Carrier Northeast, Manager of HR for Carrier’s Replacement Components Division, and Compensation Manager for Carrier
North and South America Distribution. Before joining Carrier, Sandy spent seven years in human resources and training at the Penn Traffic Company, a Syracuse based Grocery
Retailer. Sandy holds an MBA from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY.
Jim Mangini, Vice President, Sales
Jim Mangini is Vice President, Sales for Carrier Enterprise. Prior to this role, Jim served as Director of Sales and Business Development for Carrier Enterprise. Jim brings
over 14 years of experience of HVAC sales and distribution. Jim started his career with York International then subsequently joined the Carrier family as a Sales Engineer for The
Habegger Corporation and joined Carrier Corporation as a Product Business Manager, Commercial Sales Manager and then as the Market Manager of the Southeast Region's Western North
Carolina Market. Jim holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from The Ohio State University.
Kay Basham, National Marketing Director
Kay Basham is the National Marketing Director for CE. Kay brings over 17 years of marketing management experience. Prior to joining CE, Kay served as National Marketing Manager for Carrier Sales and Distribution. Before joining Carrier, Kay served in marketing and business development roles with Lennox Industries, channel and product management roles for a leading wireless distribution company, and as a marketing management consultant. Kay holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Mass Communications and MBA from Texas Woman's University.
