Who We Are
Carrier Enterprise, LLC (CE) is a subsidiary of the largest independent HVAC/R distribution
company in the world, Watsco, Inc. CE proudly distributes the Carrier, Bryant and Payne brands
of HVAC equipment, as well as a full-line of aftermarket parts, supplies, and accessories.
CE has over 110 locations throughout 20 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
We have over 1,400 employees ready to serve you. We pride ourselves on providing the best
products with best-in-class customer service. Our vast footprint and inventory allows us to
provide you what you need, when you want it, where you need it.

CE is also committed to the sustainability of our environment. As part of the Watsco, Inc. group
of companies, we are launching a major initiative to a nationwide Recycling & Sustainability
Service called W-360 for our customers and facilities. Here are a few of the
goals of this initiative:
- Reduce our waste through recycling, resulting in less landfill material.
- Provide a recycling service for our customers at our facilities to ensure our products are
disposed of properly.
- Reclaim and recycle the disposable refrigerant containers we sell to our customers, which
will result in better control and prevention of greenhouse gas emissions.
- Reduced travel (fuel) for our customers who drive to the dump themselves to dispose of
metals and/or their old HVACR systems.
- Being proactive with an initiative that could address the potential impact of upcoming
federal and environmental regulations such as "Cap and Trade".

Meet Our Executive Team
Steve Combs, Chief Executive Officer
Steve Combs is Chief Executive Officer of Carrier Enterprise, LLC. Mr. Combs comes to CE with a very distinguished career comprised of over 40 years of experience in the HVAC/R industry. Mr. Combs began in the HVAC/R distribution business in 1968 in Tampa, Florida with R & R Supply Company in sales and worked his way up the ranks to President of the company.
After R & R Supply, Mr. Combs moved on to Gemaire Distributors located in Deerfield Beach, Florida as Vice President of Sales, and then most recently as President. Gemarie Distributors is an HVAC/R distribution company, owned by Watsco, Inc., with 134 locations in 22 states.
According to Mr. Combs, the accomplishments of which he is most proud are related to his marriage of 44 years, his three sons (all of whom are in the HVAC distribution business) and his five grandchildren.
David Meyers, President
David Meyers is President of Carrier Enterprise, LLC. Mr. Meyers joined CE after working for United Technologies/Carrier Corporation for 16 years, most recently as the President of Carrier Sales and Distribution. Prior to this role, he served in various sales leadership roles with Carrier Corporation. David holds an undergraduate degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
John Bartro, Vice President
John Bartro is Vice President of Carrier Enterprise, LLC. Prior to this role, Mr. Bartro served with United Technologies/Carrier Corporation for 15 years in various sales, operations, financial and staff roles across multiple divisions and most recently as General Manager of the South East region. Mr. Bartro served as a surface warfare officer and nuclear engineer in the U.S. Navy prior to joining UTC and holds an undergraduate degree from Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Mark Agustin, Chief Financial Officer
Mark Agustin is Chief Financial Officer of Carrier Enterprise. Mr. Agustin has over 18 years of senior leadership experience in multiple disciplines including finance, operations, information technology, business development/mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Carrier Enterprise, Mr. Agustin served as Chief Operations/Financial Officer for PMSI, a leading healthcare services provider to the workers compensation benefit market. Mark holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Widener University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
